We are currently looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join our dynamic Promova team. In this role, your main objective will be to empower and support businesses through Promova’s language solutions, driving client success, fostering lasting partnerships, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:

  • Client Relationship Management. Be the primary contact for corporate clients, building strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Client Success & Retention. Ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and drive renewals.
  • Performance Monitoring. Track client progress, provide insights, and optimize learning outcomes.
  • Account Expansion. Identify growth opportunities by offering additional services and solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with sales, product, and operations to enhance client experience.
  • Business Development. Help convert leads into long-term partnerships through strategic client management.

ABOUT YOU:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Account manager or Sales manager.
  • Ability to track KPIs and report on progress, client engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Experience using CRMs to log client interactions, update records, and manage sales pipelines.
  • Ability to interpret client progress reports, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve outcomes.
  • Understanding of invoicing, billing cycles, and contract value tracking.
  • Comfort with digital tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, etc.
  • Business-Level English Proficiency (C1) – strong written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence, presentations, and client negotiations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to drive customer success.
