The Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help shape the future of our technology as we evolve into a solutions-focused organization. You'll be a key contributor and technical leader within an agile team, responsible for building modern, scalable web applications that deliver real value to our customers.

We’re looking for someone with strong frontend engineering experience, who can also work across the stack when needed, to create seamless, intuitive user experiences while ensuring system reliability and performance.

What You'll Do

Design and implement frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support the frontend, ideally in languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java.
Partner closely with product managers and designers to deliver elegant, user-focused solutions.
Lead technical planning and mentor engineers in software development best practices.
Write clean, testable code and promote a culture of high engineering standards through code reviews and collaborative problem solving.
Contribute to architectural decisions, system design, and long-term technical strategy.
Continuously improve development tools, processes, and team collaboration in an agile environment.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of professional experience in software development, with significant experience in frontend technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React or similar).
Solid backend development experience with RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong sense of UX and passion for building clean, user-friendly interfaces.
Experience leading projects or teams and mentoring junior engineers.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Bonus Points

Full-stack development experience across frontend and backend services.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code.
Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.

Base Salary Range

zł244 000,00 - zł366 000,00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role.
