The Opportunity – Senior Product Manager II - Company & Project Onboarding Team (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help Wrapbook scale and grow in one of our core product areas! The company & project onboarding team works to provide our customers with an intuitive, compliant, and seamless production company onboarding and project management experience. This person must have hands-on experience leading a technical product at a software company with proven success in breaking down and solving complex problems.

What you'll do:

• Own the roadmap and vision for the company & project onboarding team’s ownership areas

• Work with leadership to prioritize and deliver value to customers.

• Partner closely and provide guidance for engineering and design to develop clear and detailed product requirements.

• Work closely with cross-functional leads to do what is right for our customers.

• Relentlessly drive and build a deep understanding of our customers to discover and creatively solve problems.

What you'll have:

• 5+ years of technical product management experience.

• Experience working and collaborating with cross-functional (product, design, engineering, ops, etc.) teams to define and implement requirements.

• Have the highest integrity when working with sensitive data.

• Comfortable with high ambiguity and conducting investigations to help remove ambiguity for the organization.

• Ability to dive deep and become a subject matter expert in complex areas.

• Strong critical thinker, creative problem solver, fast learner, and customer advocate.

• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions that impact the data lifecycle from collection, storage, access to retention and deletion.

• Experience working with legal to interpret, communicate, and clarify regulatory requirements to cross-functional stakeholders.

• Experience in financial services, payroll, or other technically complex industry.
