Job description

Are you a game-changer? Do you thrive in an environment where innovation is celebrated and your impact is tangible? If you're ready to revolutionize how federal agencies experience preventative maintenance and solutions, we want you on our team!

We're not just looking for a salesperson; we're seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking strategies that will redefine our presence within the federal sector. This isn't your typical sales role – it's an opportunity to build something extraordinary.

What You'll Do (and the Impact You'll Make):

  • Architect Record-Breaking Growth: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for preventative maintenance, training, parts, and accessories that shatter existing records and fuel explosive team growth. You'll be the architect of our future success.
  • Pioneer Revolutionary Solutions: Conceptualize and launch cutting-edge service products and approaches tailored to the federal audience. Forge deep, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and position us as the go-to provider for their unique needs.
  • Become the Manufacturing Technology Guru: Develop an unparalleled understanding of manufacturing technology, anticipating customer needs before they arise and delivering unparalleled solutions that exceed expectations. You'll be the trusted advisor our clients rely on.
  • Navigate the Federal Landscape with Mastery: Become an expert in federal contracting and regulations, simplifying the complexities of government procurement for both our team and our customers. Your expertise will be the key to unlocking seamless partnerships.
  • Orchestrate a High-Performance Team: Collaborate with our team to create a synergistic environment of communication and systems. Together, we'll function as a well-oiled machine, constantly evolving and learning.
  • Listen, Understand, and Deliver: Actively listen to the needs of customers, suppliers, and partners, building a reputation as a trusted resource and reliable partner. Your deep understanding of their expectations will fuel our mutual success.
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Value: Prioritize exceptional customer service in every interaction, ensuring that every customer experience is nothing short of legendary.
  • Lead the Charge to World-Class Status: Continuously refine your leadership skills, guiding partners, customers, and vendors toward our shared goal of becoming the premier supplier within the federal government.

The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $65,000.00 and $85,000.00 annually plus commission on sales. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application. As you work alongside a dedicated team of Phillips partners in our Federal group that share your passion for excellence, you'll find unlimited opportunities for growth and advancement.
