Order Processing & Marketing Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST

Salary: $1,100 per month

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Order Processing & Marketing Assistant to support a wide range of administrative and marketing tasks. This role requires someone who is comfortable juggling varied assignments, enjoys both creative and analytical work, and is proficient in tools such as Canva, Excel, Word, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Assist in managing and processing customer or client orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Content Creation: Design visual content (images and short videos) using Canva for marketing and social media use.
  • Light Video Editing: Perform basic video edits such as trimming and cutting for promotional or internal use.
  • Report Creation: Compile data from Excel spreadsheets, create visual charts, and present findings in a well-designed Word document.
  • Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts on platforms like LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • LinkedIn Research: Review and verify LinkedIn connections to assess current activity in the real estate industry.
  • Data Entry: Input and update various forms of data with a high level of accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic video editing tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Comfortable handling both creative and administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written English and communication skills.
