Min of 2.5 years of Proven Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a related role, preferably within the copier or print services industry. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport with potential clients over the phone. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Core responsibilities:

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses to discuss their copier and print service requirements. Engage potential clients in meaningful conversations to understand their current setups and identify potential needs. Inquire about existing copier lease agreements, including expiration dates, to identify timely sales opportunities. Assess potential clients' needs to determine the suitability of our products and services. Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales representatives to further discuss tailored solutions with potential clients. Coordinate and confirm meeting details to ensure alignment between the client and the sales team. Accurately input and update client information, interactions, and appointment details in the CRM system.
