What we expect from you

As an Technical SEO & Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing organic search performance while leveraging AI-driven automation and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques. Your mission is to ensure that our website is technically optimized for search engines and converts traffic into leads and customers at scale. We are looking for someone who thrives on data, automation, and AI-powered SEO strategies, but also understands how user behavior, UX, and conversion optimization impact organic growth. If you're a hybrid SEO specialist with an engineering mindset and a passion for turning traffic into revenue, this role is for you!

Your responsibilities will include:

• AI & Automation-Driven SEO: Develop AI-powered automation workflows for keyword research, content strategy, and metadata optimization, ensuring alignment with Upfluence’s growth objectives while leveraging predictive analytics to drive qualified traffic that converts into demo bookings and revenue.
• Technical SEO Engineering & Site Optimization: Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and optimize site architecture, internal linking, and structured data, improving crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and JavaScript rendering to enhance organic performance and conversion rates.
• CRO & UX Optimization: implement UX-driven CRO strategies, including automated A/B testing, heatmaps, and user journey personalization, to maximize organic traffic efficiency, reduce friction in the conversion funnel, and increase demo bookings and lead generation.
• Automation & Programmatic SEO Development: Leverage Upfluence’s data to build automated strategies, like programmatic SEO pages at scale, using Python, APIs, and dynamic content generation to create high-intent, search-optimized pages that directly contribute to lead acquisition and revenue growth.
• Link Building and SMSEO: Drive relevant link-building initiatives and outreach, while executing off-page SEO, community-driven partnerships, and authoritative collaborations to improve search relevance, drive referral traffic, and impact revenue-generating organic growth.
• Collaboration & SEO Integration: Work cross-functionally with data, content, and marketing teams to integrate SEO with paid acquisition, email automation, and sales enablement, ensuring SEO strategies directly contribute to qualified pipeline growth, demo requests, and revenue generation through data-driven performance tracking and continuous iteration.

This job is for you if:

• You have 3-5 years of experience in SEO, automation, and AI-driven marketing strategies. You have a strong understanding of technical SEO and automation workflows
• You are proficient in off-page SEO (Backlinking, SMSEO, AI Search Engine Optimization, etc.).
• You are experienced with Python, SQL, or JavaScript for automations.
• You have worked with machine learning models for programmatic SEO, and are experienced in AI-driven SEO best practices. 
• You thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments and enjoy solving complex problems.
• You are fluent in English, as this role supports global operations with a focus on the NORAM market.
