Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sourcing and Screening Specialist (Technical) who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Core Tasks: 
  • Review and disposition of all inbound applications within 48 hours.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing for roles with on-site requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track candidates and optimize hiring workflows.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide timely feedback and guidance to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and enhance the candidate experience through clear communication and engagement.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted hiring strategies.

Must Haves:
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, startup, or technology-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent across multiple functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success etc.).
     
  • Experience handling a high volume of applications across multiple requisitions.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while juggling multiple priorities.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience conducting outbound sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience sourcing Technical candidates.
