We’re looking for Retail Associates based in Texas, United States to join our growing team of Virtual Shopping Experts! As a Retail Associate, you will connect with shoppers through live, one-on-one virtual consultations, helping them find the perfect products to fit their needs. Whether you’re a seasoned retail professional or an expert in customer service, this role offers a new way to connect and engage with customers—all from the comfort of your home.

⭐ What You'll Do
  • Provide live, personalized virtual shopping assistance to customers via video chat.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by answering questions, recommending products, and guiding shoppers through their purchase journey.

  • Tech-savvy—able to learn new systems quickly and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Reside in Texas, United States (this role is only open to candidates based in Texas).
  • Flexible availability to work daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
