About the Role
Lyra Health is looking for a part-time intern to help support high quality research and clinical product development. Lyra is at the forefront of increasing access to evidence-based, efficacious mental health services on a large scale. Lyra has developed innovative blended models of coaching and psychotherapy that combine leading clinical expertise with routine outcomes monitoring and engaging clinical digital tools. Lyra’s Clinical Research team has 20 peer-reviewed
publications to support the effectiveness and value of Lyra’s care. One of Lyra’s core

You will be a member of a highly skilled, fun, efficient, and collaborative team. In this role, you will work with clinical researchers, psychologists, and data scientists. By working on clinical programs that reach tens of thousands of clients, your work will help create meaningful positive change on a large scale. During the internship, you will learn about a wide range of clinical products and treatment areas. You will be engaged in reviewing research literature, summarizing research information, and learning about the product development process. Emphasis will also be placed on mentorship and career development, to prepare the intern for the next stage of their career.

Preferred qualifications
Experience with qualitative and quantitative researchCan work at least 50% of hours on PST standard working hoursPrevious involvement working with individuals with mental health concerns, including in clinical practice, community engagement, or volunteer work This role can be fully remote, or hybrid (e.g., 2 days onsite, 3 days from home).
