About the Role:

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer with a strong focus on Tableau to join our dynamic data team. You will be responsible for modeling raw data, building dashboards, and collaborating across teams to optimize data workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Work with modern data tools (e.g., DBT) to model, transform, and structure data for analytics purposes.

Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability in our pipelines.

Use Git to manage and maintain analytics code and documentation.

Collaborate with other teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to ensure alignment on data requirements and best practices.

Stay up to date with the latest analytics and business intelligence technologies.

Identify opportunities to optimize existing dashboards and processes for better performance.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tableau: Proven track record of building dynamic dashboards and visualizations.

SQL Expertise: Ability to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.

Data Modeling Experience: Familiarity with DBT, or other data modeling tools, to structure and optimize data.

Git Knowledge: Competent with version control for collaborative data projects.

Analytical Skills: Strong data problem-solving abilities and knack for translating data into meaningful insights.

Preferred Qualifications
