This role blends creative design, user experience (UX), and performance-driven marketing to deliver high-quality, conversion-optimized digital assets. *While this is a remote role, candidates must reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.

The Remote Web Designer (Landing Page Web Designer) plays a crucial role in shaping our clients' digital advertising success. You will be responsible for designing visually compelling and highly functional PPC landing pages and online ads that drive conversions and align with marketing objectives. Your designs will not only look great but also enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement across desktop and mobile platforms.

As a creative and strategic thinker, you will collaborate closely with marketing strategists, developers, and clients to ensure designs align with brand identity, campaign goals, and UX best practices. Required Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: BA/BS in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, or a related field OR 4+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume production or agency environment.
  • Landing Page Design: Strong experience designing and optimizing PPC landing pages for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital campaigns.
  • Online Ad Creation: Proven ability to design engaging social media, search, and display ads.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma; familiarity with Unbounce, Instapage, or other landing page builders is a plus.
  • UX/UI Best Practices: Solid understanding of responsive web design, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and accessibility principles.
  • HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic front-end coding skills to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Performance-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance data and refine designs for better results.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with video ad editing tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, heat mapping tools, and user testing.
  • Previous experience working with medical professionals or other specialized industries.

  • Create and optimize static and animated digital ads for search, social, and programmatic display campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing strategists and developers to ensure designs meet campaign objectives and technical specifications.
  • Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency while tailoring designs to diverse client needs.
  • Contribute to our website redesign efforts to enhance overall digital presence and user experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance digital advertising efforts.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 annually. However, it is important to note that compensation may vary depending on several factors, primarily including the candidate's level of experience and qualifications. At Etna Interactive, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages that align with industry standards and reflect the value of the skills and expertise that candidates bring to the table. The final compensation offered will be determined based on a comprehensive assessment of factors including (but not limited to) relevant work experience, educational background, demonstrated skills and abilities, and the specific requirements of the position.
