What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for travel nurses and allied health professionals
Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a solid talent pipeline
Act as a brand ambassador to expand Openwork’s presence in the travel healthcare market
Collaborate with leadership on recruiting strategies and market growth
Negotiate competitive pay packages and job offers
Ensure smooth onboarding by working closely with candidates and the credentialing team
Drive contract renewals and extensions to improve retention
Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in travel nursing or allied health
