Talent Acquisition Lead

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join the dynamic and professional environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building and leading the recruitment team within the iGaming industry, driving full-cycle hiring processes, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English and native/fluent level of Ukrainian.
• In-depth knowledge of the iGaming and global IT markets.
• Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with various applicant tracking systems (PeopleForce experience is a plus).
• Strong interviewing techniques and candidate assessment skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing recruitment team.

• Establish and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent.
• Build and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
• Actively source, assess, and engage candidates at various stages of the recruitment process.
• Review applications, conduct interviews, and provide structured feedback.
• Maintain strong candidate communication from the initial application to onboarding.
• Develop and distribute job postings across relevant platforms and social media.
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting within the ATS.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities based on evolving business needs.
