Position: INVOICE AUDITOR
Location: Remote - Brazil
Department: Operational Position
The Invoice Auditor performs review and audit of shipment and invoice data. He/she maintains the process in the Transporeon web-based platform or on Clients’ platforms according to the timelines mentioned in KPIs section below.
Primary/Business Responsibilities:
Navigation through and usage of Transporeon Freight Audit web-platform and support tools;
Audit of freight invoices and shipment data: Data validity and correctness; Cost calculation and its verification according to rate card conditions;
Optimization of business processes;
Deep knowledge of Clients’ specifics and peculiarities and data processing;
Timely escalate to Audit Team Lead in case final product of Audit team cannot be delivered in time.
Communicate with other teams via JIRA platform in terms of job requirements;
Communicate with external parties (Clients, Carriers) via Transporeon Freight Audit web-platform (Issue Resolution).
All actions required from Transporeon Freight Audit are finalized within internal KPIs;
Invoice audit process is finalized (invoice is approved) within invoice payment term via pro-active approach of data handling and potential risks minimization.
KPIs:
1. Internal KPIs
a. 2 working days is common KPI for finalization of steps on TP side related to data processing (detailed description is available in OD SOP for each role/step)
b. SLA (Service Level Agreement) in JIRA Service desk platform
c. Due date in JIRA internal tasks
2. Invoice payment due date (where applicable according to the process).
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Auditing/ Logistics / International Economic relations/ Banking and Finance;
• Logistic Knowledge will be a plus.
• Minimal experience in Finance/ Audit could be a plus.
• Intermediate level of written English, preferably also other modern business languages;
• Excellent business correspondence;
• MS Office proficiency.
