This is a Remote, Contract position with Redfin.
What You'll Do:
You will be helping users with Redfin and Rent websites and app navigation via calls, and Zendesk ticketing system for
You will troubleshoot technical bugs
You will work with agents and customers to ensure the website’s data is correct
You will assist customers with account maintenance
You are someone who will see issues through to the very end, ensuring a world-class customer service experience.
The schedule for this position is M-F 8a-5p PST with a rotating weekend on-call
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Punctual, able to work independently as well in a group, and can handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
You have a commitment to the customer, no matter the issue
You are fun, caring, and humble. It’s important that we have a good time, look out for each other, and pitch in when needed
Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, AWS phone system, and Slack is a plus though not required
