We instill an environment where employees feel engaged, satisfied and able to contribute their unique skills and talents while living and working as their authentic selves. We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professional development, building both employee competence and organizational capability to fuel exceptional performance through an inclusive environment both now and in the future.

Summary:

•    Lead and manage complex product conversion initiatives through comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely execution, optimal resource allocation, and measurable value delivery aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
•    Synthesize data from multiple sources to generate strategic, innovative recommendations that challenge the status quo and optimize both supply chain and clinical outcomes.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including hospital staff, Vizient teams, and suppliers—to execute product conversions and foster a results-driven, collaborative environment.
•    Engage clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders through facilitated meetings and high-impact discussions to drive informed decision-making and support business development efforts.
•    Drive thought leadership and program growth by presenting at conferences, publishing insights, developing best practices and case studies, and aligning strategies across Vizient teams for coordinated execution.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree is a plus.

  • 7 or more years of experience in healthcare supply chain, consulting, or clinical operations with a focus on cost and utilization improvement initiatives required.

  • Hospital operations, clinical leadership, supplier conversion team (Physician Preference/PPI product category preferred), or supply chain background highly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success in leading product conversions, operational strategies, or standardization initiatives within a healthcare provider organization and/or consulting firm.

  • Strong ability to analyze financial, clinical, and operational data to drive strategic recommendations and process improvements.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage executives, providers, and healthcare staff at all levels.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs.
