  • Performance Optimization: Optimize Flow logic to reduce unnecessary elements, minimize SOQL/DML usage and adhere to Salesforce’s best practices for performance
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation of all migrated automations including design decisions, troubleshooting steps and user impact
  • Error Handling & Debugging: Implement fault paths, debug logs, and error-handling mechanisms within Flows to improve system reliability
  • User Training & Support: Assist in training internal users on process changes, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption
  • Change Management & Deployment: Utilize sandboxes for testing, participate in the release management process and assist with deployments using Change Sets or DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
  • Security & Compliance Considerations: Ensure that all Flows maintain proper security settings, including record-level access and field-level security
