Job description

If you are looking for a meaningful career where people work and act with passion, rethink the existing and always strive to find the best solution - you have come to the right place. We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.

We are seeking driven Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on building a strong pipeline by aligning with Account Executives, connecting with prospective clients, qualifying inbound inquiries, following up on marketing leads, and executing strategic outbound prospecting into target accounts. Your efforts will foster relationships, create high-quality opportunities, and drive success for both our customers and Infios.

A successful BDR will have strong communication skills, a commitment to learning about supply chain and order management software, and the ability to effectively articulate the value of our solutions. This role is a foundational step toward a career in quota-carrying sales positions, with opportunities to advance into consulting, operations, product marketing, or field marketing within supply chain or related industries.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

  • Inbound Lead Generation:

    • Track inbound inquiries and engage with prospects in a timely manner to maximize interest and conversion potential.

    • Qualify marketing leads to understand their challenges, priorities, and readiness. Gather insights on authority, needs, urgency, and decision-making processes to ensure a smooth handoff to Account Executives.

    • Follow up with prospects who interact with marketing campaigns (e.g., content downloads, email clicks, webinar attendees, event registrations, or event presentation attendees). Evaluate their needs and interest levels, nurturing them until they are ready for a meeting.

  • Outbound Lead Generation:

    • Research target accounts by analyzing companies within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to understand their supply chain challenges, goals, and how our solutions can address their needs.

    • Perform contact discovery by identifying the right decision-makers and key influencers within the buying committee of each company.

    • Use Salesforce and our sales engagement tool to execute a mix of personalized emails, calls, and LinkedIn activities. Introduce, nurture, and educate prospects on solutions such as WMS, OMS, TMS, FAP, AMR, labor solutions, and more, with the goal of scheduling a meeting.

  • Event Activation and Follow-up:

    • Drive pre-event outreach by inviting prospects to visit our booth, attend sessions, or schedule time with our experts to maximize engagement during the event.

    • Post-event, proactively follow up with attendees to continue conversations, connect them with the appropriate executives, and nurture those who didn’t directly engage but align with our solutions, guiding them toward scheduling a meeting.

  • Data Hygiene & Processes:

    • Maintain CRM excellence by keeping accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions in our CRM and sales engagement tools.

    • Ensure the integrity of our pipeline by managing leads from both inbound and outbound activities, maintaining data hygiene, and enabling accurate forecasting.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • A motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates a proven ability to initiate conversations and build lasting relationships.

  • Experience in BDR or sales roles is preferred. Prior experience in supply chain management, logistics, or software solutions is a plus.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized emails and effectively convey how our solutions meet the unique needs of each prospect.

  • Proficient with CRM platforms and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with a willingness to learn new technologies.

  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to contribute to team goals and foster a shared sense of success.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.
