Area Sales Executive –Work from home NL – Fixed Term contract (6 months)

The ASE will be responsible for meeting/exceeding Sales quota/targets across the territory and for selected products. Primary responsibility is account management to maximize opportunities for the generation of profitable revenue from existing agents.

The role will act as a mini general manager for a defined area taking an end-to-end view and responsibility for delivering a highly productive network. They will manage a portfolio of locations, track performance, suggest and implement initiatives to drive same store sales, identify and resolve issue and replace existing locations and expand existing relationships with current partners.

The ASE will also work closely with the new business team to generate leads in high potential areas and hand-off to where applicable to the Network Development Team.

Role Responsibilities

• 360 Agent lifecycle management/trouble shooting of all agents live for more than 6 months.
• Concept store opening and ramp up from day 1.
• Replacement (change of ownership/entity) and shadowing of key agent (live for more than 6 months).
• Activation of further locations (for agent live for more than 6 months)
• Recertification, banking changes, Credit limit, hardware/software/IT upgrade (all for more than 6 months).
• Branding of locations, yellow shops etc.
• Pricing, agent commission at POS level in collaboration with inside sales.

Role Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably from the Money Transfer industry.
• Valid driver’s license. 
• Travelling flexibility up to 70% adjusted on business needs.
• Fluency in English and Dutch – Arabis is nice to have.
• Documented track record of meeting/exceeding sales quota.
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Sales mindset with strong negotiation skills and ability qualify leads based on revenue potential.
• Ability to project manage prospective agents through the agent onboarding process, including collections, and processing of documentation and working collaboratively across functional departments throughout the agent onboarding process.
• Good communication and relationship building skills coupled with commercial acumen
