Our brokerage business is poised to advance the industry in how digital can be used to drive customer acquisition in the Medicare Advantage space. Within this business area, we are aggressively driving new digital capabilities, new ways of working, and employing next-gen technology to revolutionize how Medicare Advantage is sold. This role is part of this expanding Digital organization, and will be critical in our growth plans.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Lead to join our eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, a proven track record of driving organic traffic, and the ability to provide thought leadership on SEO among a cross-functional group of individual contributors and managers. As the SEO Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our SEO strategy to enhance our online visibility, increase organic search rankings, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of the website.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Create and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Manage and optimize on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues, through partnering with Engineering, to improve site health.
- Drive continuous SEO improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and performance tracking.

Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in SEO, with a focus on eCommerce.
- Proven track record of successfully leading SEO initiatives and driving organic traffic growth.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$126,300 - $173,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
