Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Director to drive our sales efforts in the Edge AI space in North America. As the Sales Manager/Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, managing key customers and building strategic partnerships. The role will require a high level of technical expertise in the Edge AI space, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering results, growing revenue, and driving the business forward.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a region-specific sales strategy focused on growth, market penetration, and strengthening our presence within the Edge AI industry in this geography.

  • Manage Key Accounts and Customer Success: Build and maintain relationships with major customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing customized solutions to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with strategic partners to drive joint initiatives, expand market reach, and align with our business objectives in NA.

  • Achieve Revenue Targets: Ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing the sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, and executing strategies to maximize revenue growth in a competitive environment.

  • Leverage Technical Expertise in Sales: Use in-depth technical knowledge of Edge AI and computer vision applications to clearly articulate the value of our solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product positioning, customer feedback, and strategic goals.

  • Regional Travel for Client Engagements: Travel throughout North America to meet with potential and existing customers, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring a strong understanding of the local market dynamics.

This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the growth of our Edge AI business in North America while driving strategic customer engagement and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, with a focus on deep technical knowledge in Edge AI and computer vision applications.

  • Proven track record in delivering results and meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Edge AI and computer vision, with an understanding of various use cases and verticals within the North American market.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Willingness to travel within the NA for client meetings and events.

Location

We are primarily looking for candidates based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area, as this role requires close collaboration with strategic partners and clients in the region. The role is remote.
