Job description

We are looking for the next great addition to our Revenue Operations Team! As a Junior Revenue Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the acceleration of revenue growth, driving efficiency and our revenue team’s productivity. 

Our new Jr RevOps Manager will be a key contributor to supporting our outbound sales process, including responsibility for our Book of Business process for our new logo acquisition teams. This will require someone who is excited and motivated to dig into data and analytics to figure out how to optimize our outbound motion, along with collaboration with our global leadership team to communicate findings and opportunities for improvement. 

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow their knowledge of our sales tech stack and who can jump in and hit the ground running. 

Your Responsibilities
  • Supporting the planning and execution of complex projects and initiatives, involving our tech stack and established processes 
  • Ability to communicate necessary information related to projects to multiple stakeholders and team members  
  • Building knowledge of sales tech stack  and sales process to identify new opportunities for improvements 
  • Executing projects and tasks on time 
  • Documentation and training of new processes and system functionality
  • Establishing and maintaining key reporting and analytics in Salesforce.com, with a focus on early funnel and pipeline management 
What we look for in you
  • 3+ years of working experience
  • 1-2 years Experience in Revenue, Sales Operations or Business Operations
  • Passion for learning, using and optimizing revenue technology like SFDC, Gong/Chorus, Outreach/Salesloft, ShowPad/Seismic  
  • Understanding of outbound and inbound processes 
  • Data analysis and maintenance 
  • Experience with B2B SaaS tech stack like Salesforce.com, Outreach/SalesLoft, Gong/Chorus, RingLead/LeanData, ShowPad/Seismic  
  • Highly organized, diligent, detail-oriented, structured
  • Strong desire to achieve operational excellence
  • Resourceful, problem solver, independent and a self-starter
  • Sense of urgency and understanding of when to escalate 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal 
  • High degree of flexibility in handling new assignments 
  • Highly computer literate and good at creating stand-out documents in GSuite and MS Office including strong demonstration of  of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets knowledge 
Bonus Points
  • Working experience in a technology or SaaS company
  • Working experience with Outbound processes, like prospecting and territory/book of business management 
  • Used to working with different cultural backgrounds across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management experience

*For Colorado residents: The base salary range for this position’s level is between $57,800 and $78,000. 

*For New York and California residents: The base range for this position’s level is between $61,200 and $90,000.

Our total compensation consists of base salary (depending on education, experience, knowledge, skills, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data), stock options plus several additional benefit coverage including learning and development fund, Home Office Set-up reimbursement and the rest of the benefits you can see here.
