About the job

We're looking for an EMEA Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and help manage digital marketing campaigns across Twilio's products. This role supports the strategy and execution across all paid channels, including Google, LinkedIn and Meta ads.

This is a hands-on role where you'll get to dive into the platforms, write ad copy, check landing pages, and help optimize campaigns. You'll work closely with our EMEA Marketing team and report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. If you're keen to grow your skills in performance marketing, this is a great opportunity!

 

What you'll do

  • Support the management and optimization of Digital Marketing activity across EMEA
  • Help collaborate with the EMEA Marketing team and international colleagues
  • Assist in implementing Paid Social strategies that align with team goals
  • Work on audience segmentation across different channels
  • Contribute to creating reports and insights on campaign performance
  • Learn about Twilio's products and business to help shape campaign strategies
  • Work with external partners and suppliers

What you bring

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to spot issues and opportunities in campaigns
  • Ability to work well with others, both in your team and across different regions
  • A willingness to learn and try new things
  • Experience building and managing audiences
  • Understanding of budget management
  • A desire to learn about Twilio's business and products

Desired:

  • Hands-on experience with other paid channels (like Google Display, YouTube and Reddit)
  • Basic knowledge of Segment (or other CDPs)
  • German, French, or other EMEA language skills
  • Experience in the B2B tech industry
  • Tag management experience (like Google Tag Manager)

Location

This role will be remote, based in the UK

 

Travel
