About your key responsibilities and impact:
  • Serving as the focal point for all activities within the Business Unit;
  • Participating in new client launches, accelerating the process, and ensuring long-term customer success;
  • Leading strategic initiatives within the Business Unit;
  • Taking full ownership of business operations and processes;
  • Managing business and technical programs, as well as teams;
  • Overseeing vendor management, including content providers;
  • Applying commercial acumen and common sense to lead negotiations;
  • Communicating effectively across cross-functional teams within the company;
  • Driving change and innovation to move the company forward.
Essential professional experience:
  • Previous experience in the betting industry and a strong understanding of B2C operations, such as working as a Sportsbook Manager;
  • Managing teams of 50+ people, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills;
  • Successfully overseeing and executing programs with a proven track record;
  • Achieving business goals and driving measurable results;
  • Handling vendor management and fostering productive partnerships;
  • Management experience in companies with 200+ employees;
  • Fluent English.
