About your key responsibilities and impact:

Serving as the focal point for all activities within the Business Unit;
Participating in new client launches, accelerating the process, and ensuring long-term customer success;
Leading strategic initiatives within the Business Unit;
Taking full ownership of business operations and processes;
Managing business and technical programs, as well as teams;
Overseeing vendor management, including content providers;
Applying commercial acumen and common sense to lead negotiations;
Communicating effectively across cross-functional teams within the company;
Driving change and innovation to move the company forward.

Essential professional experience:

Previous experience in the betting industry and a strong understanding of B2C operations, such as working as a Sportsbook Manager;
Managing teams of 50+ people, demonstrating strong leadership and people management skills;
Successfully overseeing and executing programs with a proven track record;
Achieving business goals and driving measurable results;
Handling vendor management and fostering productive partnerships;
Management experience in companies with 200+ employees;
Fluent English.
