Kooner Fleet Management Solutions is seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sr. Account Executive to join our rapidly growing, collaborative and diverse team. The Sr. Account Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, while ensuring that our mission remains at the forefront of all sales initiatives. This role reports to the VP of Sales and for the right candidate, has an excellent opportunity for advancement. What the Sr. Account Executive role looks like: 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive new revenue growth. 
  • Acquire new clients and build/maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. 
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, overcome challenges, and achieve sales targets. 
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders. 
  • Track and provide weekly/monthly reports on sales metrics and revenue forecasts. 

What our ideal candidate looks like: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience. 
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet maintenance industry. 
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong motivation and ability to work independently. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities. 
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time. 

 

Work Environment:  

  • Combination of office and field settings 
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs  
  • Must be able to sit for up to 4 hours at a time
