Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy services and telemedicine advice through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to medication prescriptions, orders, and telehealth consultations.
  • Support clients in navigating the online platform and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage follow-up procedures effectively.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate seamless service delivery and ensure quality care.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to service enhancements and better client experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or pharmacy sector.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and healthcare services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client care.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to assisting clients.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
