Job description

Localsoft, S.L. is a world-class localization company offering translation, testing and audio services. We operate both locally and internationally with clients from many different business sectors including leading brands in the Games, IT, Legal and Business industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively find new business opportunities, boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth
  • Build trust and relationships with clients
  • Manage full sales cycle from creating value, quoting, negotiating terms and conditions to closing
  • Build, guide, mentor, monitor and direct translation sales team to meet and surpass sales quotas
  • Follow up on pipelines for business expansion
  • Drive language service sales to multi-million dollar levels
  • Report to Management

Requirements

  • Successful experience as Sales Director in the translation industry
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Composure, independence and a highly professional interface to deal with high-profile clients
  • Fully proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks and Salesforce
  • Full working proficiency at a native or near-native English language level. An additional European language is a plus
  • Knowledge of Games and Testing Services is desired
