About the Role

We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist in driving referrals, managing outreach, and executing targeted campaigns alongside the founder. This role is unique, focusing heavily on referrals rather than cold outbound strategies. The goal is to engage with the existing network, nurture partnerships, and creatively generate new opportunities. The SDR will follow a proven playbook but also have the freedom to experiment and refine strategies.

This is an hourly contract role with uncapped bonuses for meetings booked. Candidates who are hungry, motivated, and strong communicators with excellent written English skills may find this role a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

**Referral & Warm Outreach**

  - Monitor a company watchlist and send personalized outreach when target companies open roles.

  - Manage and grow the referral program—engage with existing members, ask for introductions, and draft forwardable emails.

**Partnership & Channel Development**

  - Identify and reach out to potential channel partners (e.g., fractional executives, business coaches, nonprofit organizations).

  - Craft compelling partnership pitch emails.

**Content & Engagement**

  - Post new job openings on LinkedIn and tag relevant parties to maximize visibility.

**Cold Outbound Experiments (Limited but strategic)**

  - Test cold outreach campaigns to Executive Assistants at financial and professional services firms and other niche segments.

  - Help refine messaging and strategy based on results.
