Job description

Who We're Looking For

You’re a detail-oriented PPC Specialist with a strong technical background in Google Ads. Your expertise lies in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting ad accounts to ensure they are properly structured, tagged, and compliant with Google Ads policies. You thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial in managing the technical aspects of Google Ads, maintaining account hygiene, and ensuring compliance with platform policies. You are proactive in identifying tracking issues, resolving disapproved ads, and supporting budget pacing to maximize campaign effectiveness.

You communicate effectively and collaborate seamlessly. While primarily a technical role, you are comfortable interacting with internal teams and clients when needed, providing insights and recommendations that enhance campaign performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and structure Google Ads accounts according to best practices
  • Maintain account cleanliness and ensure compliance with Google Ads policies
  • Manage audience lists, exclusions, and tracking parameters
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Troubleshoot tagging and tracking issues to ensure accurate data collection and attribution
  • Regularly audit ad accounts to identify and resolve errors
  • Monitor and manage disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues
  • Assist with budget pacing and spend allocation tracking

What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads accounts, including Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including campaign structure, audience segmentation, and policy compliance
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking
  • Ability to audit and maintain account cleanliness, ensuring proper tracking, exclusions, and spend allocation
  • Experience managing disapproved ads, policy violations, and compliance issues within Google Ads
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Basic understanding of budget pacing and spend allocation tracking
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting tracking, attribution, and policy-related issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English with both internal teams and clients when needed

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Familiarity with landing page tracking & UTM parameters
  • Basic understanding of ad copy best practices (though not responsible for writing)

What You’ll Get
  • You'll work with a dynamic team in a creative and fast-paced environment.
  • You'll get a great salary and time off.
  • You'll get to work remotely from wherever you want! (As long as it has reliable WiFi and a comfortable place for you to work.)
