We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our team.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Sales & Business Development – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the potash and agricultural industries in Saskatchewan. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

🔹 Product Expertise – Maintain in-depth knowledge of surface protection coatings, thermal spray, and welding consumables. Provide technical support and recommend the best solutions for customers.

🔹 Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong industry relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

🔹 Market Analysis – Monitor industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities, providing insights to refine sales strategies.

🔹 Technical Presentations & Support – Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing product benefits and applications. Address customer inquiries and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

🔹 Reporting & Forecasting – Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance and providing updates to the management team.

What You’ll Bring

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
✔ Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in coatings, thermal spray, or welding consumables.
✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the potash and agricultural industries.
✔ Technical & Software Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
