Position: Sales Representative

Job Description:

As a Sales Representative at Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the Boston area

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques

- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet sales targets

- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner

- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities

- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management

- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services

- Travel to client sites as needed to conduct sales meetings and presentations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-2 years of experience in sales 

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build and maintain relationships

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
