Job description

Position: Inbound Chat Sales Representative (German)

Location: Remote, Republic of Ireland

Work Model: Remote, work from home from anywhere in the Republic of Ireland

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a representative for the company, promoting its products and services while fostering interest and understanding of its value proposition.
Clearly communicate technical and business value propositions through chat, with a focus on clarity and engagement.
Efficiently manage multiple web applications and chat sessions simultaneously, maintaining professionalism and promptness.
Meet or exceed established sales targets and objectives.
Rapidly acquire and retain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum one year of direct sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience with proven track record of success preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, including outstanding telephone presence
Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via chat (previous chat experience preferred)
Achieve established sales goals and objectives
Solid understanding of cloud-based technology, including cloud storage and file synchronization.
