Role:IT Sales & Business Development (Sales Consultant) - Night Shift
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00pm - 6am Philippine time
Work Setup: WFH


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify public/private IT service opportunities
  • Develop outreach strategies for AWS cloud services and secure storage
  • Qualify leads using AWS fit criteria
  • Maintain and update CRM records
  • Coordinate lead registration through AWS ACE for co-selling opportunities


Tasks:

  • Daily:

- Prospect 510 new leads
- Update CRM and outreach tracker
- Send outreach messages/emails

  • Weekly:

- Generate 25+ qualified leads
- Conduct lead review meetings
- Submit opportunities to AWS ACE

  • Monthly

- Deliver pipeline report
- Prepare market intelligence brief

  • Quarterly

- Assess and refine lead strategies
- Support BD forecasting



Deliverables:

- Qualified Lead List
- CRM/Outreach Tracking Sheets
- Email/Call Scripts
- Monthly Lead Funnel Reports


Non-Negotiable Tasks:
- Daily prospecting and CRM updates
- Weekly lead qualification reviews
- ACE portal registration for AWS co-sell


Negotiable Tasks:
- Script development
- Participation in BD strategy sessions
