Performing Arts Consultants is a consultancy firm, we specializes in advising and supporting organizations, individuals, and institutions within the performing arts industry. We often provide a range of services tailored to the needs of performing arts companies, theater organizations, music groups, dance troupes, and other similar entities.. We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions through excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.

- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist with order processing.

- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues effectively.

- Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service initiatives.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.

- Proven experience in customer service or related role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
