Red Canary is searching for a highly organized Talent Coordinator to join the Talent team and play a key role in ensuring a smooth and seamless employee experience from recruitment to onboarding, while supporting various HR-related tasks. You’ll get the opportunity to work closely with recruiters and candidates during the interview and new hire process.
What You'll Do
Work collaboratively across multiple Talent and HR functions
Oversee scheduling for interviews and onboarding sessions, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates and new hires
Maintain and manage new hire data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal HR systems.
Provide ad hoc HR support by answering employee questions related to HR policies and general inquiries
Assist the recruiting team with scheduling, new hire onboarding documents, reporting, and updating Recruiting SOPs
Administration of the ATS and LinkedIn platform
Assist with various HR-related tasks and projects as needed such as offboarding, HR presentations, HR reporting and various HR administrative tasks
What You'll Bring
Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, recruitment coordination, or administration and scheduling roles
Experience coordinating interviews within a fast paced environment
Highly proficient in G-Suite including: Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas and functions such as vlookups) and Google Slides (create professional, engaging presentations)
A customer-focused attitude with a strong emphasis on delivering a great experience for both candidates and employees
Strong attention to detail and email management
Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines in an environment that requires flexibility and adaptability
Experienced with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred
Base salary for this role is $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
This role is eligible for a grant of stock options, subject to the approval of the company's board of directors. This role is also eligible for participation in the company's bonus program.
