The Sr. Partner Enablement Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our partnerships by designing and implementing effective training programs, tools, and programs. This role equips partner organizations with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to successfully sell and implement our products or services. By fostering a deep understanding of our products, sales processes, and customer needs, the Partner Enablement Manager drives productive partnerships and collaborates closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to facilitate partner success. This is a remote role and candidates must be based in North America.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Support Partner Enablement Strategy:
  • Collaborate with the partner team to onboard new partners, provide continuous training, and address specific partner requirements in line with business objectives. This also includes contributing to partner engagement at events like Sales Kickoff.  

  • Design and Deliver Training Programs:
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver engaging training content focused on product features, sales strategies, customer support, and industry best practices.  

  • Facilitate Knowledge Transfer:
  • Provide continuous support to partners through regular training sessions, webinars, and updates to the knowledge base, ensuring up-to-date information is always available.  

  • Monitor and Track Partner Performance:
  • Track key performance metrics, such as accreditation, sales conversion rates and partner engagement, to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with business goals.  

  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure enablement efforts are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.  

  • Develop Tailored Enablement Plans:
  • Create customized training programs and delivery methods based on the unique needs of different partner types and market segments.  

  • Manage Partner Resources:
  • Maintain and update a centralized partner portal containing essential resources, training materials, and marketing collateral to support partner success.  

  • WHAT YOU BRING
  • 4+ years partner enablement or sales enablement experience
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and partner ecosystems 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Proven experience in designing and executing training programs 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex enablement initiatives 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships while collaborating with cross-functional teams 
  • Data analysis capabilities to monitor and assess partner performance 
  • Technical knowledge of the company's products and services
