Job description

Choozle is looking for an Account Executive to build out and grow the New York market. The ideal candidate will have a positive and coachable attitude, an excitement to meet new people,  drive to prospect and set meetings, and a history of exceeding sales goals. The Account Executive will have an exciting opportunity to contribute to the revenue and cultural success of this fast-growing company.

SALARY $80,000 - $120,000 base with uncapped commission potential (50/50 split)

LOCATION Candidates must be located in New York

 Travel will be required

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience selling programmatic advertising technology and solutions
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including omnichannel strategies (CTV, display, social, video, native, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Experience selling to agencies, brands, and direct advertisers, with expertise in the media buying process
  • Skilled negotiator who can overcome objections and close deals with decision-makers at all levels
  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive, with a strategic approach to prospecting and managing a book of business
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative, team-oriented culture

WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing new business in your assigned region
  • Exceed revenue and activity targets, consistently growing your book of business
  • Leverage top sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, MediaRadar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to optimize your pipeline and outreach strategy
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure client success and long-term partnerships
  • Develop and execute quarterly market strategy plans, identifying high-impact opportunities
  • Pitch and present to key decision-makers at agencies and brands, from media planners to C-suite executives
  • Attend industry events, network, and entertain clients to expand Choozle’s market presence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings to position Choozle as the go-to programmatic solution
  • Travel as needed to support clients, strengthen relationships, and drive business growth
