Job description

This is a remote position.

Assist our Licensed Service Agents in their daily tasks.
Follow our proven service process to offer our existing bilingual customers the best individualized customer service and policy changes according to their needs
Keep accurate information for all customers within the CRM database, adhering to company quality and compliance standards
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all time
Customer support over the phone, email or text
Ensure customer satisfaction and keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Requirements

Must speak and write the Romanian, Russian or Ukrainian language fluently
Comprehension of the English language is a must (written/verbal)
Problem solving & Multi-tasking skills
PC Skills including MS Office are required; having a technology-oriented attitude is preferred
Higher education is a plus
Proactive team member, effective collaborator and proactive mindset is a must
Ability to effectively organize tasks, manage time, being results-driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
