- Channel Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners along with VP Channel Sales- EMEA
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration
- Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets through channel partners
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners to expand the company's market reach
- Performance Monitoring:Â Track and analyze channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped regions or customer segment.
- Channel Enablement: Provide partners with necessary tools, training, and resources to enhance their sales capabilities
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals
- Contract & Agreement Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with channel partners
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine channel sales strategies accordingly
