Job description

Your mission
  • Channel Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners along with VP Channel Sales- EMEA
  • Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration
  • Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets through channel partners
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and train new channel partners to expand the company's market reach
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped regions or customer segment.
  • Channel Enablement: Provide partners with necessary tools, training, and resources to enhance their sales capabilities
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align channel strategies with overall business goals
  • Contract & Agreement Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements with channel partners
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine channel sales strategies accordingly
Your profile
  • You have more than 8 years of experience in partner management and sales of technically complex products, ideally in the software environment
  • You have experience in building new markets from scratch
  • You have a passion for building relationships and an empathetic approach to different stakeholders
  • You want to develop in a challenging work environment where your contribution is valued
  • You are spontaneous and have the confidence to make decisions independently
  • You value an independent and collaborative way of working with a lot of personal responsibility from day one
  • You communicate fluently in English, Spanish (mandatory) French/Italian is a plus
  • Ideally you live in Spain, France or Italy
