Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary

Are you an inquisitive, detail-oriented marketing content professional who loves to dive into complex topics and synthesize them into compelling, meaningful content? Would you like the opportunity to be a part of building up and enhancing marketing content procedures, with just the right mix of freedom and support? October Three, an innovative, team-oriented financial services company, is recruiting for a Marketing Content Manager; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.    

 

In this role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives and brand voice. Working closely with subject matter experts, you will produce a variety of content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, email newsletters, social media posts, and video scripts. You will manage and optimize the content calendar; support the creation of industry reports and client-facing documents and deliverables; and collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team on SEO, social media, design, and PPC. This is a full-time, permanent position, and can be worked fully remotely or hybrid out of the company’s locations in Chicago, IL, Irving, TX, or Jacksonville, FL.



Requirements

Must Haves

  • Content marketing experience with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, customer journeys, and lead generation strategies
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
  • Highly inquisitive, creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Capacity to translate technical topics into easy-to-digest messaging
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree

 

Nice-to-Haves

  • HubSpot Inbound certification
