Schedule
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Create and maintain housing focus plans for clients
Conduct regular client outreach via phone and email
Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries
Assist clients in applying for housing benefits
Manage and organize client information and documentation
Use Open Phone app for communication with clients and team members
Handle general administrative tasks to support the organization’s operations
Collaborate with team members and partner organizations
Contribute to the growth and development of a small, expanding business
Potential for increased responsibilities as the organization grows
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using VoIP systems and email management tools
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Empathetic approach to client interactions
Basic understanding of social services and housing assistance programs
Comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies and processes
