This is a remote position located in Panama
Responsibilities:What You'll Be Doing
-Provide business support for internal teams to ensure efficient completion of requests. Includes but not limited to building complex quotes (Enterprise License Agreements, Compliance, Upgrades, Swaps), & confirming suitability of order documentation
-Coordinate with other departments to secure needed deliverables
-Coordinate with Legal team to ensure documents are up to date and applicable
-Communicate clear instructions to internal teams to educate on our processes/procedures
-Provide world class customer service to both our internal and external customers
Skills Needed For the Role
-Undergraduate degree or equivalent, plus 1+ years related experience in similar position supporting sales organization (Sales Support, Sales Operations, Order Management, Finance)
-1+ years of experience building quotes with Salesforce CPQ or Steelbrick CPQ
-Fluent in English.
-High attention to detail & multitasking is a must. Strong organizational skills
-Ability to prioritize objectively and time management.
-Ability to work in a high pressure and fast changing environment
-Able to work independently as well as within a team.
-Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
-Proficiency with common business software applications such as MS Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
-Standard West Coast office hours (9:00am-6:00pm EST) with the expectation that extra hours will be required around our busiest times of the month/quarter/year.
