Description:
· The SAP Basis Administrator for the below responsibilities:
· 2nd,3rd level of SAP support to resolve issues and execute activities
· Implementing, configuring, tuning, and troubleshooting the SAP technical environment.
· Apply corrective actions from KBA and SAP notes
· System Performance Tunning
· Update/Upgrade ABAP/JAVA systems
· Plan a SP update/upgrades
· Have troubleshooting skills for disruption scenarios
· Plan and propose service improvement and technical solutions for customer
· Support L2 members
· Attend and participate actively in technical meetings
· Provide knowledge transfer
· Certificate implementation
· System refresh
· System Export
· Backup/Restore knowledge
· Language installation
· Application installation/uninstallation
Skills mandatory:
Experience with multiple SAP components as many as possible from the list:
Desired vast experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA , SLT, SAP SCM, APO/Live Cache, SAP GRC, SAP SRM, Portal, BTP, Fiori Launchpad, SAP CRM, HANA DB, SAP BOBJ, Cloud Connector, SAC agents, CPI-DS agent, DP agent, XSA, Content Server, experience in HANA Database Administration
Experience working with SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, PAM tools
Desired experience working with Linux environments
Language requested: English at conversational proficiency
