About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive customer retention, growth, and advocacy by working closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams. This role will be instrumental in identifying strategies that enhance customer engagement, build strong relationships, and create impactful moments that turn our customers into passionate advocates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion Advocacy & Retention Initiatives: Develop and execute the Multiplier Champions Awards program to recognize and celebrate our most engaged customers.
  • Customer Council Engagement: Lead the establishment and growth of customer councils in different regions, driving participation, fostering peer-to-peer networking, and ensuring feedback loops that inform Multiplier’s roadmap.
  • Drive Wow Moments: Identify and execute strategic initiatives that create delightful and memorable experiences for customers at key touchpoints across their journey with Multiplier.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customer marketing efforts align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Customer Storytelling & Case Studies: Capture and promote customer success stories, testimonials, and case studies to showcase the impact of Multiplier’s solutions.
  • Engagement & Growth Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive customer retention, expansion, and referrals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze customer engagement metrics and feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience running customer engagement programs, community initiatives, or awards programs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer data to drive insights and improvements.
  • A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
