We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analysis Manager to join our Brokerage Technology team. This role will focus on supporting system configurations, with an emphasis on systems related to Agent Contracting, Commissions and commission schedules, and Call Center support. Experience in the Medicare domain is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of business analysts to support system configurations and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for system configurations related to Agent Contracting, Commissions, and Call Center support.
Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications for system configurations.
Oversee the implementation and testing of system configurations to ensure they meet business needs and comply with regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system configurations, addressing any issues or changes as needed.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, including user guides and training materials.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of system configurations, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Broker systems and business analysis, particularly within the Medicare domain.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
A minimum of Six years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on system configurations.
Strong understanding of systems related to Agent Contracting, Commissions, and Call Center support.
Experience with Agent CRM
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of business analysts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
Experience in the Medicare domain is strongly preferred.
Experience with Agile development processes and tools
Experience with system configurations in the insurance brokerage industry.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to Medicare and insurance brokerage.
Certification in business analysis or related field (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
