Job Description:

Essential Job Functions

  • Perform in-depth data analysis on pipeline, providing global sales support to manage partner deal registrations and funding credits
  • Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to track and communicate partner performance
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiencies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address business needs and help support partner escalations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and legal requirements in all administrative tasks involving partners
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement of partner relationships
  • Contribute to the success of meeting partner goals and KPI’s by managing and maintaining deal registrations ensuring objectives are met
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed to facilitate effective operation
  • Engage in ongoing training and skill development to improve proficiency

Mandatory Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred, however equivalent combination of education and/ or experience is also acceptable
  • Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in the insurance industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Insurance Software experience is required
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales Force and Power BI
  • Proficiencies in data analytics and reporting

Work Environment: 

  • This position is fully remote within the United States only
  • Home base, remote – Laptop, Docking Station, Monitors, Headset will be provided
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, core business hours are 8 30am to 6pm EST

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $63,600 - $118,000.
