InfoTrust is seeking an Strategic Partnerships Lead to expand our Partnership relationships with technology and agency partners.
Location: United States-based - Remote. Our HQ is in Cincinnati, Ohio
Reports to: Director of Partnerships
Travel: Up to 20% for partner meetings and industry events
Duties and Responsibilities of the Strategic Partnerships Manager:
- Strategic Priorities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Independently generate new revenue streams via both net-new and existing clients. Responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying new partnership opportunities all the way through to closing the deal. Ultimately contributing significantly to the larger team goal of adding value to the client’s marketing and technology teams through partnerships with InfoTrust
- Partner List Expansion: Identify and engage with potential agencies, SaaS, and tech partners, that are not currently aware of our offerings, and implement defined processes to assess partner maturity and develop training for effective collaboration
- Enhance Partner Saturation: Collaborate with established partners to obtain client lists and identify qualified leads to expand our lead pool
- Coordinate Co-Marketing Efforts: Work closely with marketing to promote partner activities that generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Daily Objectives:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek new partnership opportunities to meet quarterly revenue targets
- Network across Partner teams: with the goal to grow the InfoTrust footprint and adding value to our partners and clients, ensuring we are top of mind for mutually beneficial sales opportunities
- Content Development: Produce and share relevant content in collaboration with our marketing team
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the total number of opportunities generated
- Partnership Development: Autonomously identify and qualify potential partners, working towards team goals for partnerships in 2025

As well, it is important that they enjoy working with dynamic teams within InfoTrust, our Partners, and our customers to accomplish similar goals and add thought leadership, excitement, and clarification to the space. Therefore, we need someone that has:
- 3+ years of experience in a Partnership role at a MSP. You can exemplify strong skills in relationship building, creating a mutually beneficial relationship, and meeting sales quota
- Ability to find and identify new relationships and work with established partnerships to increase the leads from those sources
- Knowledgeable in digital analytics and a strategic mindset: You are able to connect the dots and are excited to educate and delight clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Active listening and strong communication skills
- Consistency in process and sales activities to drive results.
- Ability to understand and articulate the value of InfoTrust’s service offerings
- Resilience in the face of challenges and rejections (this is a sales role afterall)
- Independent work ethic with a proactive approach to influence and negotiate
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen
- Outstanding communication skills with experience presenting to various technical audiences
- Data-driven approach to decision making and performance tracking
Location & Travel Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
- Regular travel (10-20%) to partner locations and industry events
