Job Title: Junior Data Analyst
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our customers in managing and optimizing product data syndication. This role involves configuring, mapping, and validating product content across various eCommerce platforms while ensuring high accuracy and compliance with end-point requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in API integration, data transformation, and enterprise system management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize Syndigo-provided software tools and processes to manage data syndication for Syndigo customers.
• Access and analyze eCommerce end-point requirements and documentation.
• Set up customer instances/tenants and configure end-points using customer account credentials.
• Retrieve and map customer product content from the Syndigo system to the appropriate eCommerce platform.
• Align product attributes and categories between customer data models and end-points.
• Validate data accuracy and compliance with end-point requirements.
• Identify and resolve mapping and validation issues in collaboration with customers and internal teams.
• Monitor item and channel feedback, ensuring accurate data entry into the Syndigo Product Information Management (PIM) system.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer support through a ticketing system and email.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 0-2 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on API connectors, Data mappings, and transformations.
• Strong technical background in integration tools and systems within PIM and Syndication environments.
• Proficiency in data transformation, mapping standards, and API management.
• Experience with integration platforms and cloud-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, data flows, and system integration best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant certifications or coursework in data analytics, API management, or system integration will be given preference.
• Equivalent practical experience in data transformation, eCommerce integrations, or enterprise system management may also be considered.
Location: Remote
Job Timings: 1:30 pm -10:30 pm OR 4 pm - 1 am OR 9 pm - 6 am. (rotational shifts)
