What you'll do
  • You will report to Customer Care Director to contribute toward the design, development, maintenance and support of Genesys.
  • You will document and review system designs and requirements documentation to ensure completeness
  • You will support and resolve incidents logged by customers
  • You will create and maintain training materials, quick reference guides and system configuration documentation
  • You will execute technical configuration and design efforts, often applying creative solutions to solve customer needs
  • You will facilitate and support unit and business acceptance testing

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
  • Experience in AVAYA or Genesys System/Application support.
  • Experience in incident management.
  • Enterprise Application Integration & back-end data connectivity applications experience.
  • Scope large efforts, conduct meetings, and write technically oriented documents.
  • Understand accounting and finance terminology and practices
  • Experience in Power BI is a plus.
  • Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting will be a plus.
